Hello,

You need the author's last name and first initial along with the date of publication, the title of the article and the URL where you found the information.

So, this would look like: Manella, M. (2016, March 21). Bumble Bee Foods, Tri-Union Seafoods, H-E-B recall canned tuna. Retrieved from http://www.cnn.com/2016/03/17/health/bumble-bee-foods-tuna-tri-union-seafoods/

For your in-text citation you need the author's last name and date of publication as usual:(Manella, 2016)
