I've been searching the literature and I haven't found much about adult ADHD and time management. What there is out there is generally found using the search terms adult ADHD and self-management. The problem is that in the psychology literature the concept of time management falls within a larger category which is executive functioning. Executive functioning is not just time management but includes a whole set of processes which have to with managing oneself in order to achieve goals.
If you would like to see what literature there is on this topic go to the libguides at libguides.brenau.edu/allpurpose and choose the articles tab. Next choose Academic Search Complete and then enter your six digit student ID and the first part of your Brenau email address to login. You may want to go ahead and limit your search by clicking on the full text and the scholarly (peer reviewed) boxes below the search bar. Next enter the search terms Adult ADHD AND Executive Functioning.
