Hello!

My process for locating DOIs is to (1)check the information provided by the database, (2)check the PDF of the article, (3)and last, to check the journal's web site. Non of these panned out. It's not unusual for a small publisher to forgo participating in the DOI system. Since there isn't one, the DOI is replaced by the URL of the journal's home page. I found it by Googling the name of the journal.

The reference would look like this:

Graves, B. A., Ford, C. D., & Mooney, K. D. (2013). Telehealth technologies for heart failure disease management in rural areas: An integrative research review. Online Journal of Rural Nursing & Health Care, 13(2), 56-83. Retrieved from http://rnojournal.binghamton.edu/index.php/RNO/index

Format it in Times New Roman 12 pt font with a hanging indent.

Thanks for asking!
