Hello,
Have you looked at the information available on the CVS website? On CVS.com at the bottom of the homepage you will find links for Corporate Information. Under careers there is a little bit of general information about CVS including:
"We provide a comprehensive, market-competitive compensation and benefits package that suits a variety of personal needs and goals. These benefits include, but are not limited to:
- Competitive pay-for-performance
- Medical and dental insurance, including:
• Prescription plan
• Vision coverage - Free health screenings and immunizations at MinuteClinic
- Health and wellness programs
- 401(k) retirement plan
- Employee Stock Purchase Program
- Disability coverage short- and long-term
- Business travel and life insurance
- Vacation/paid time off
- Adoption coverage/assistance
- Merchandise discounts from CVS/pharmacy
- Education reimbursement
- Employee Assistance Program
- Flexible Spending Accounts health and dependent care"
Also, you will find some good information in ABI Inform. You can get into this database on the articles tab of the business administration libguide. I used the search terms CVS AND human resources and found some good articles about CVS's human resources policies. You may find it difficult to find information on wages, etc. because most companies do not release this information publicly.
