First go the psychology libguide at libguides.brenau.edu/psychology. Next, click on the articles tab.  Then choose a database.  For this search, I chose Psychology and Behavioral Sciences Collection.  Next limit your search by clicking on the full-text and the peer reviewed scholarly publications boxes.  Then type in your search terms such as bipolar disorder.  You can further limit your search once you decide upon which aspect of bipolar disorder you are interested in researching by connecting the term bipolar disorder to your other keywords with the word AND.  For instance, if you were interested in how this disorders manifests in teens you could search using the terms Bipolar Disorder AND Adolescents.
