Hello!

Data on STDs that is more recent than 2013 is not available from any source I was able to locate, including the Hall County Health Department, the Georgia Department of Public Health, and the Centers for Disease Control. This is not unusual, as there is always a delay due to the lengthy process of gathering, aggregating, and publishing health data. Of the sources, the CDC has published the most recent data.

The CDC has an awesome tool to help you locate national, state, and county data for STDs including chlamydia. Link to the National Center for HIV/AIDS, Viral Hepatitis, STD, and TB Prevention (NCHHSTP). To use the atlas, click on Query in the upper left corner. Choose the disease, map type (county), years, race, sex, and age group. When the data loads, you can double click on Hall County on the map, of find it in the chart below the map.

If you want information at the state level, CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR) will provide that. Click to the most recent Notifiable Diseases and Mortality Table for cases reported during the period.

Thanks for asking a librarian.
