I had a look at the source and I wouldn't call it an e-book. I would cite it as something that you found on a website. In this case, the author is probably Achievers.com but we don't know that for sure so you move the title into the author's position in your reference entry. The title is Disengaged employees fire customers and there is no date of publication. So you citation should look something like this:
Disengaged employees fire customers. (n.d.). Retrieved from http://www.achievers.com/system/files/resource/whitepaper-service-workers.pdf
