The library has recently adopted SSL encryption in order to protect your login information. A few users have had difficulty reaching the library's EZproxy login page as a result. If you are having difficulty, here are a few suggestions:
Are you able to reach the login page, but your login information isn't working (or you are unsure of your information)?

Does the connection time out before the page loads, or do you get an error message that reads, "DO YOU WANT TO VIEW ONLY THE WEBPAGE CONTENT THAT WAS DELIVERED SECURELY? etc."
- Check to be sure you're using a Compatible Browser.

Are you seeing a request for login information from the vendor (e.g. EBSCO or Science Direct) or from GALILEO?
- You should not see a request for a password from GALILEO or any of our vendors. Find out how to log in to the library's resources without a GALILEO password.
