Hello,

My contacts at the Hall county Public Library tell me that the login page is not blocked, which means that I need to troubleshoot further.

  • Are you in a different county? Which public library do you use?
  • Have to successfully logged into the databases from other locations that are not on campus? (On campus logins work differently behind the scenes.)
  • There is no redirect. Can you send me the URL (address) of the page?
  • Are you linking through one of our LibGuides pages? The URL starts http://libguides.brenau.edu/...

The process we use is standard among universities, including Emory, GSU and GA Tech. I'm sure there's a solution out there. Please click the reply link at the bottom of the email, provide the additional information, and I'll work on the problem some more.
