Start by consulting the Healthcare Management Libguide, here:  http://libguides.brenau.edu/Healthcare

Click the Articles tab to find a list of several databases containing articles on your topic.  Please note that when you select a database, such as ABI/Inform, you will need to login with your Brenau username and password.

Once on the main page for the ABI/Inform, select the Advanced Search option.  This will give you several boxes to break down your search into separate concepts.  Input human resource management in the first box and specify in the drop-down menu on the right, that it should be searched as a Subject heading.  In the second box, input health care benefits and leave the drop menu at the default position.  Below the search boxes, select the options: full text and peer reviewed.  This should yield approximately 20 articles.

Another database you may wish to search is ScienceDirect.  Input human resource management in the first text box and in the adjoining drop-menu select "Abstract, title, keywords" to narrow the focus.  In the second text box enter health care benefits and leave the drop menu at the default position. Narrow the dates retrieved to 2009-present (or whatever is appropriate).  This should yield approximately 146 articles.

You may then wish to continue your search in other databases. If you are not certain that the additional term is in fact a subject heading, simply have it searched in all fields.
