Author, A. A. (year, month day). Title of video [Video file]. Retrieved from http://xxxxx

For the "how to search the databases" video, the reference entry would be:

Kern, L. E. (2013, September 4). BA500 [Video file]. Retrieved from http://www.screencast.com/t/h0JixKLn

If you're referring to one of the other videos, just change out the date, title, and URL, and you are good to go.
