I contacted GALILEO support because this was an issue between GALILEO and one of its service providers, SerialsSolutions. We received the following response:
Thank you for contacting us regarding the SerialsSolutions error. It sounds like the student is using an outdated URL. We discontinued the SerialsSolutions 360Search at the beginning of the week. The GALILEO Search feature is now through EBSCO's Discovery Search. If they clear their browser's cache and cookies and use the following URL, they should be able to access the new search with no problem.
Please let me know if they are still having this problem and if so, could you have them send the URL of the page they are searching from?
