From the library's main page, click on the LibGuides tab.  From the Welcome to LibGuides page, you may browse by subject.  In that list, near the top, is a link for Business and Mass Communication.  Click on that, and you will be brought to a narrower subject list.  Click on the link for the Business LibGuide.  You will see a variety of yellow tabs at the top of your LibGuide.  These all contain various helpful resources, but to search for business articles, you want the Business Administration Articles tab.  This will bring you to the links to the most helpful databases you should be searching.  If you choose, for example, ABI/INFORM, first you will be asked to enter you email user name and student ID.  Then you will be directed to your database search page.  Before searching check the box for full text.  You may want to also choose scholarly publications only.  Search in the search box using a boolean search.  (Put "and" or "not" inbetween search terms, and quotation marks around phrases.)  For example "Initial Public Offerings" and "Stock Prices" brought up articles.  You could also search a specific company here.  Perhaps that search would be a good starting point from which you could narrow down.  After search reults are shown in ABI/INFORM, you may further limit your results using the tools on the right-hand side of the screen.  Other suggested databases under the Articles tab will have further results.

Another helpful location on your LibGuide is theBusiness Administration Websites tab.  This is a collection of links to scholarly and/or government sites on the internet which will help with your business research.
