The specfic Medline article that you are looking for is published in the British Journal of Hospital Medicine and we do not have immediate access to it online.  If you only need this article in a week or two you can request it via interlibrary loan at http://library.brenau.edu/infodelivery-and-ill/.  However, if you do not need that particular article, you can find material in a couple of other databases.  For example, in CINAHL Plus in Advanced Search you can input the following: "Graves' Disease" in the term box and then request that it be searched in the field box as: Exact Major Subject Heading. Subsequently limiting those results to full text, academic journals published between 2008-2011 yields 50 articles that you can access immediately. Using a similar strategy in Medline using "Graves disease" (note the difference in spelling with CINAHL) yields similar results.  Please do not hesitate to contact the library at 770-534-6113 if you would like more help with this question.
