If you want to save an article that is a PDF Full Text to your computer or thumb drive, the PDF will not save from your browser window. You must open the article, and then use the Adobe Acrobat Reader's save function.
The save function is different, depending on which version of in Adobe Acrobat Reader is installed on your computer. New versions have a toolbar that pops up in the top or bottom center of the page when you point to it, like the one in the image immediatly below. Click on the diskette icon, and a "save as" window will open, enabling you to save the document to your computer or a flash drive.
If you have an older version of Adobe Acrobat Reader, it will have a diskette icon in the toolbar, which looks like the image below. Click on the icon to open a "save as" window and save your article.
